MARSAN INGENIEROS, S.L. was founded in the early 80's as engineering and consulting firm. Originally the company focused its activity to the performance of comprehensive consulting services like advisory and technical assistance as well as the elaboration of technical projects, self-protection and legalization plans.

The career was marked by an important participation in numerous technical projects, nationally and internationally, offering a comprehensive integrated service, most of the engineering disciplines, mainly based on the audit of the legislation compliance on industrial safety.

With the accumulated experience and the necessity of serving in the field of industrial safety in the Valencian Community, MARSAN got the first accreditation as Inspection Company on April 20, 2001 as well as the authorization to national level on the part of the administration as Authorized Control Body, being the first authorized Valencian company as control agency.

As of today, MARSAN is accredited as Inspection Company by the National Accreditation Company and authorized as Control Body to a national level complying with the established requirements in the Art. 42 of Spanish Royal Decree (R.D.) 2200/1995.

Being, at present, a company that provides all kinds of services on materials, equipment, facilities, components and products by the inspection, control and quality assurance thereof, aiming to verify the compliance of the applicable regulation in matter of Quality and Industrial Safety, studies and research related to the above mentioned matters, ensuring its independence, impartiality and integrity, as well as the confidentiality on the data and information to the ones that, by reason of providing the service, the company staff has access.

In order to ensure a quality service, MARSAN has in the field of the inspection and regulatory control experienced and qualified employees inside his path as authorized organism of control.

On the other hand, to have updated information of the Community, National and Autonomic Legislation and of the technical standards relevant to the fields of action and to keep our clients informed, MARSAN has established a process for the daily consultation of the State official bulletins and the official journals of the Valencian Government. It is associated in:

  • The National Association of Organisms of Control (ASORCO)
  • The Institute of Electrical Technology (ITE)
  • Technological Institute of Construction of the Valencian Community (AIDICO)

It is also subscribed to the issued publications by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Hygiene and the National Center of Machinery Verification among others legislative services.

Nevertheless, the department remains open to all type of associations or institutions that can provide information and legislation regarding the the company´s own field.

Likewise our company, in its controlled expansion, has nine offices and a central headquarter located in the "Parque Tecnológico" in Paterna (Valencia). They are spread between delegations and work centers as follows:

  • Three in the community of Valencia.
  • One in the region of Murcia.
  • Two in Castilla – La Mancha.
  • Two in Andalusia.
  • One in the Community of Madrid.
